1. A media player only

IBOGOLD Player plays playlists that you add yourself (Xtream Codes, M3U). It does not include, provide, sell or recommend any channels, films, series, playlists or subscriptions. You are responsible for having the right to watch the content of the playlists you add.

Playlists you add are saved with your device so that they come back after a reinstall; how they are stored and protected is explained in the Privacy Policy.

2. Access

• Supported providers: playlists from supported providers can be used free of charge while that provider's playlist is active, on devices that use supported providers only. The first time a device logs in to a playlist of another provider, free access ends for that device for good: from then on all its playlists, supported ones included, use the free trial and then need a licence. Reinstalling the app or clearing its data does not change this.
• Other providers: one free trial of 7 calendar days per device. The trial starts the first time you add a playlist from another provider and is not restarted by reinstalling the app, clearing its data or changing playlists.
• Licence: after the trial, a one-time licence bought through Google Play unlocks every provider on the device. It can be restored on devices of the same Google account within the limit shown at purchase.

3. Payments and refunds

Purchases are processed by Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's policies; a refunded licence is removed.

4. Fair use

Do not try to bypass the trial or licence checks, abuse the service or use the app for unlawful purposes. Devices used for abuse may be blocked.

5. No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We do not control third-party playlists or providers and are not responsible for their availability or content. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.
